story of a person, a child ...
Before you start the story I would like to make an introduction:
the intention of this blog is to give voice to a girl who so far had no voice, telling a slice of life of this community, which concerns a family and a girl named Lucia.
begin the story with a brief presentation. We Cassanego family consists of six components including our joy Lucia was born in 1996, which was found at birth with a permanent handicap result of a disability of 100%, this requires a wheelchair that allows her to move.
Cassanego We live in a village in the municipality of Borso del Grappa located at the foot of Monte Grappa. A fantastic country with a thousand resources, history, gastronomy landscapes etc, in short, a country where life is good.
As already written the birth of Lucia dates back to 1996, and being forced to use the wheelchair, needs spaces to move freely. Long been a concern of the family was the lack of adequate space in the home of properties in which we live, since this is an old house renovated in 1975, located in the historic village of Cassanego with narrow rooms, located on two floors with two flights of stairs to the rooms, also has a small garden and do not plan. In short, the house is not suitable to guarantee a minimum range of motion with the wheelchair.
A good solution consisted of a piece of family property adjacent to two other houses in which to build a house having the characteristics which the child needs, while remaining in our beautiful township, not far from the house today.
So what does a city with these issues and this possibility? Go and talk to the mayor of the "Lega Nord Liga Veneta-Borso del Grappa", who after an interview in which he exposed what so far I wrote out a sentence to say the least encouraging before us: "If I can not 'YOU BUILD A HOUSE IN THE LOT THAT PROMISE THAT I resign as Mayor", a phrase repeated then our trusted technician.

Over the years we get to 2008. In January, the Committee endorses the Veneto region of our request. Also requires that this decision is confirmed by the municipal council.
This happened April 24, 2008.
Finally the "games" seemed made the land was buildable! .. Greeted with much enthusiasm (after 7 years) presented in this article a short time a project of the house, which had to be approved by the municipal building commission and then be subjected to bodies concerned in the region (environmental goods) for final approval.
And many think this is the end! But no .. the plot twists do not end !!...

At the same time sending the project in the region without our knowledge and surprise came an appeal to the Administrative Court on behalf of the owners of the land above our property. (the same people who sent the letter).
The action stops the procedure, stop all of a sudden, compresal hope.
Now we no longer know what we expect. There remains only the certainty of a girl who at 12 can not express his ability and potential because of the unexplained movement of a person. Now we are at the mercy of a court there can see that blur the rights of a disabled child who does not ask for favors, not bribes, do not like falsehood is as pure as snow and free from lies and selfishness.
In this blog we do not want to judge or make insinuations of any kind, the purpose is just to tell our story bring out all facts and that is why we are not afraid to make it public because it is an undeniable reality.
